Job Description
The Future of Intelligence Starts Here.
We are Nexus Future Systems, a cutting-edge research lab and product house pioneering the autonomous technologies that will define the year 2026. We are looking for a visionary 2026 Agentic AI Architect to lead the development of self-improving, autonomous software agents.
In this high-impact role, you will move beyond traditional machine learning models to build systems that can plan, reason, and act independently. You will be the architect behind the next generation of AI agents, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and capable of solving complex, real-world problems without human intervention.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Design and optimize the inference pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal agents.
- Implement robust feedback loops to enable agents to learn and improve over time.
- Establish engineering standards for AI safety, explainability, and ethical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to bridge the gap between research prototypes and production-ready software.
- Lead technical strategy for integrating agentic workflows into enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Proven experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience in optimizing model latency and throughput for real-time applications.
