Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology leadership
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Background in policy development for emerging technologies
