Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation in production AI systems
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks (Asilomar Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Research background in AI fairness, explainability, or accountability
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., Google, IBM)
