Responsibilities

- Create audit protocols for bias mitigation in machine learning pipelines
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of deploying ethical AI frameworks in production systems
- Strong background in machine learning model interpretability techniques
- Experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and audit protocols
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
