Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological capabilities
- Lead cross-functional working groups on algorithmic bias mitigation and transparency
- Conduct scenario planning for AI societal impacts across healthcare, finance, and urban systems
- Develop certification protocols for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through white papers, policy briefs, and industry forums
- Mentor junior researchers on emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record developing ethical AI guidelines for autonomous systems
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex risk assessment in novel technological contexts
- Strong background in interdisciplinary collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
