Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI integration roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead development of adaptive AI systems for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct cutting-edge research in generative AI and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate AI capabilities into market-ready solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and compliance
- Mentor junior architects and present strategic AI visions to executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture with proven experience in enterprise-scale implementations

- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps
- Published research or patents in AI integration or future technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
