Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for 2026 and beyond, bridging the gap between quantum theory and practical AI application.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of AI engineers, quantum physicists, and data scientists.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that leverage hybrid quantum-classical architectures.
- Innovation: Drive research initiatives to optimize algorithms for quantum processors and edge devices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity or architecting large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Hands-on experience with quantum computing SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
