Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models capable of handling 2026-scale data demands and predictive analytics.
- Lead the integration of emerging quantum computing solutions into existing cloud workflows.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical due diligence to ensure our product roadmap is future-proof against rapid technological shifts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business value.
- Oversee the security and ethical implementation of autonomous AI agents.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI workflows, and neural architecture search.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- PhD in Computer Science or related field is highly preferred.
