Responsibilities
- Architect and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-inspired AI architectures
- Develop proprietary AI safety protocols for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Present findings at global technology summits and patent 3+ core innovations annually
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience publishing in top AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven track record of developing AI safety protocols for real-world deployment
- Strong background in neuromorphic computing and neural-symbolic integration
- Experience leading research teams with $5M+ budgets
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch with C++ optimization skills
