- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategic vision aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of AI researchers, engineers, and product specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and academic institutions
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols
- Drive innovation in next-gen AI applications: autonomous systems, predictive analytics, and human-AI collaboration
- Represent QuantumLeap at global AI forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience in roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Strong track record of securing $50M+ in AI research funding
