Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end venue operations across Soldier Field, Guaranteed Rate Field, and downtown fan zones
- Coordinate with FIFA, local authorities, and vendors to ensure compliance with event standards
- Develop and execute contingency plans for weather, security, and crowd management scenarios
- Manage $50M+ operational budgets across logistics, staffing, and technology infrastructure
- Lead 500+ staff and volunteer teams through structured onboarding and performance systems
- Implement sustainability initiatives targeting 90% waste diversion and carbon neutrality
- Drive digital innovation through AR wayfinding, contactless experiences, and data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in large-scale event operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience with FIFA, Olympics, or similar mega-event protocols
- Expertise in venue management, transportation logistics, and crisis response
- PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, SAP, and logistics software
- Fluency in English with conversational Spanish highly valued
- Valid US driver's license and ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
