Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying key trends that will define the next era of the industry.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Establish and manage R&D initiatives focused on futuristic tech stacks and experimental prototypes.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to align futuristic tech strategies with core business objectives.
- Validation & Scaling: Assess the viability of nascent technologies and oversee their pilot programs before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or product management with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of modern cloud architectures, AI/ML frameworks, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
