Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-gen neural interface prototypes using quantum-entangled computing
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of AI researchers, neuroscientists, and quantum engineers
- Develop ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis systems
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies with Fortune 500 partners
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic investor relations
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, TED, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Neural Engineering, or equivalent field
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in AI or biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of scaling tech from lab to market
- Patents in neural interfaces or human-computer interaction
- Fluency in Python/C++ and quantum assembly languages
