Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges in AI, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning with emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and data governance
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite on tech strategy and future-proofing initiatives
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech systems
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Published research or patents in future-forward technologies
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks in tech development
