Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology vision, focusing on AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing integration.
- Lead architectural reviews and technical strategy sessions for high-impact engineering projects.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their viability for integration into our product suite.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the tech team.
- Collaborate closely with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable ML models and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
