Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech
