- Forecast industry disruption vectors through predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions for next-gen talent cultivation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future forecasting
- Published research in quantum computing or neural network optimization
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to >$100M ARR
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized governance
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level clearance
