Qualifications

- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Experience securing $5M+ in tech innovation funding
- Certifications in AWS/GCP quantum services preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Strong background in agile/scrum methodologies
- Ability to translate complex tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders
