Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI Systems (or equivalent experience)

- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and quantum machine learning
- Top 1% performance in ACM/IEEE tech innovation competitions
- Active contributor to IEEE 2026 standards committees
- Proficiency in simulating quantum environments on classical hardware
