Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $10M+ innovation budget
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on research initiatives for 2026 tech adoption curves
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities for 2024-2026 timeline
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES 2026 preview)
- Mentor junior researchers in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI convergence (2018-2023)
- Executive certification in Futures Studies (WFS or equivalent)
- Track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives with 5+ year ROI
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, and 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Security clearance for government partnership programs
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
