Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps incorporating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sprints with robotics, bioengineering, and nanotech divisions
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for ethical AI governance in autonomous systems
- Present to C-suite and investors on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Manage $2M R&D budget for 2026-viable prototypes
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers using metaverse collaboration tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years focused on post-2025 innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI convergence or similar
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech ethics frameworks and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with focus on future tech
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/NSF collaborative projects
