Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving for next-generation challenges

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or advanced R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
