- Technology Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to validate emerging technologies and determine their feasibility for integration into our core products.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships with cutting-edge startups to accelerate innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-level executives and product teams to drive buy-in.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate disruptions and adjust our strategic direction proactively.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the internal Innovation Lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term strategic problem solving.
