Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders on future tech implications
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Author thought leadership on technology's societal impact by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3.0
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
