Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 that will define the next decade.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable systems that leverage predictive AI and decentralized networks.
- Quantum Research Leadership: Collaborate with academic partners and internal engineers to explore practical applications of quantum supremacy for enterprise solutions.
- Web3 & Blockchain Integration: Spearhead the integration of blockchain protocols to enhance security, transparency, and interoperability across our product suite.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure responsible AI development, focusing on bias mitigation and ethical deployment of autonomous systems.
- Innovation Culture: Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within technology companies, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing principles, and Web3 architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven history of solving ambiguous problems and navigating the uncertainties of emerging tech markets.
