Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Architect scalable frameworks for technology adoption across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and implementation
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementations
- Certification in innovation management or future studies preferred
