Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AGI development, and decentralized systems
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions using bleeding-edge frameworks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on 2026+ technological capabilities
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting emerging sectors
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, or blockchain consensus algorithms
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Proven success launching products with 7-figure+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture partnerships
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technological innovations brought to market
