- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product development pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technical and business case analyses to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI
