Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-level tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong background in innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
