Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and market disruptors
- Design strategic frameworks for next-generation product ecosystems and digital transformation
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Drive organizational culture change through innovation workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFIP, FTI) preferred
