Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for the company's technological evolution, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global tech trends, emerging startups, and academic research to predict future industry shifts.
- Strategic Innovation: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to determine their viability for business integration.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with broader business goals and revenue targets.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the innovation budget and direct cross-functional teams in R&D and product development.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies to ensure Nexus Horizon maintains a significant competitive advantage through technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management.
