Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Develop future-proof compliance frameworks for ethical AI and quantum encryption standards
- Strategize partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for 2026 tech policy advocacy
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and carbon-negative computing models
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders for resource allocation
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD strongly preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals on 2026+ tech scenarios
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum cryptography standards
- Experience scaling tech teams from concept to enterprise-level deployment
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscape (US/EU/Asia regulations)
