Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026 technology landscapes including quantum AI integration and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems using emerging frameworks and tools
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with 5-year innovation cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Create technical documentation and patent disclosures for novel methodologies and systems
- Mentor junior architects in future-proof design principles and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, or neurotech)
- Proven track record of shipping production systems using cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, machine learning pipelines, and hardware-software integration
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience in technology forecasting
- Published research or patents in AI/quantum computing fields preferred
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with agile methodologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent practical expertise
