Responsibilities

- Present findings to congressional technology committees and industry consortiums
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on future-tech incubation projects
- Lead patent development for proprietary human-machine interface systems
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling research teams from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Security clearance eligibility for government technology collaboration projects
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three patented technologies with commercial adoption
