Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on emerging tech investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership role
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
