Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market forecasts and sociological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, quantum interfaces)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in AI ethics, biocomputing, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members with ROI projections
- Manage the innovation pipeline from concept to market-ready solutions
- Author annual 'Technology Horizons' whitepapers read by industry leaders worldwide
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
