Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ product visions and implementation plans
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Design frameworks for ethical tech adoption and sustainable innovation
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven decision making
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or venture capital
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish for global market expansion
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and strategic foresight methodologies
