Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems including neural interfaces and decentralized networks
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, AGI, biotech integration) for competitive positioning
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Strong background in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 500+ professionals
