As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable roadmaps for technological adoption, market evolution, and workforce transformation. Your insights will directly shape multi-billion dollar investment decisions and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators, patent filings, and research publications to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities and risks
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with strategic recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption curves and market readiness indicators
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi technique and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated success translating complex futures insights into executable business strategies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
