Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise executive teams on risk mitigation and opportunity capture in volatile markets
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
