As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to forecast disruptive innovations, identify market opportunities, and mitigate risks. You'll leverage data analytics, scenario planning, and cross-disciplinary insights to shape our strategic roadmap and position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological breakthroughs, and socio-economic indicators to forecast developments impacting 2026
- Develop evidence-based scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizon planning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership presentations on emerging paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future readiness initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate competitor strategies and emerging disruptors across key industries
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and reports published in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis and global market dynamics
