Responsibilities
- Forecast and map 2026+ technology trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption and commercialization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and speculative design workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI, or synthetic biology
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry disruption experience
- Published futurist research or patent portfolio in emerging tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
