Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation strategies targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate solutions)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and translate insights into actionable business opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and global research institutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget and manage technology portfolio investments
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging innovators through our QuantumLeap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing >$10M innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of emerging technologies
