- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor 15-person Future Tech division in emerging skill stacks (neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through government and private sector grants
- Author industry whitepapers on 2026 technology disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech strategy with portfolio of 3+ major product launches post-2020
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
