As a key strategist in our Silicon Valley headquarters, you'll partner with C-suite executives to develop 5-year roadmaps that anticipate societal shifts and technological inflection points. Your insights will shape product roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients while pioneering our internal R&D lab's moonshot projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Stanford Neurotech partnerships
- Author quarterly trend briefings for board members and executive leadership
- Mentor a 12-person innovation team in speculative design and foresight methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through DARPA and NSF proposals
- Curate annual FutureCon summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Published research in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-ethical frameworks
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ market-defining innovations since 2020
