- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor pitches and whitepapers
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to accelerate commercialization
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and innovators in agile development methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications cited by industry authorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching minimum 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Strong patent portfolio with 5+ granted innovations
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile credentials
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
