Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-era roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for 2026-scale deployments
- Drive patent development for at least 3 disruptive technologies annually
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and innovation specialists
- Oversee $20M annual R&D budget for 2026-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and futurism modeling tools
- Portfolio of 2026-relevant commercialized innovations
