Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in 2026+ ecosystems
- Present disruption strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies through internal innovation incubators
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in emerging technology, systems thinking, or strategic foresight
- 10+ years in R&D leadership or innovation strategy at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning for complex global systems
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
