- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for future-focused product ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-industry innovation labs with partners like NASA and MIT Media Lab
- Design predictive models for societal behavior shifts and market disruptions
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives to prepare for 2030+ operational realities
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., neuromorphic AI, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or innovation patents
