Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs for collaborative R&D
- Drive sustainable tech integration to achieve carbon-negative operations by 2026

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
